Overview

This Custom Up/Over Door Frame is engineered for paired geared hinged hurricane impact doors and accommodates 1-5/16" (33 mm) laminated impact glazing. Constructed with IG626/IG147/IG146 door jambs and IG667/IG663/IG200 header components with NP803 and NP801 gaskets for the overhead concealed closer. Hardware preparations include overhead concealed closer and standard flush-bolt strike. Key differentiators: factory-prepped hardware locations, integrated air threshold option, and gasketed header for enhanced impact and weather performance—ideal for hurricane impact door installations and coastal building projects.
