Complete Frame built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door with a 105° overhead concealed closer and offset arm. Constructed using 1T455 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for fast, accurate installation.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication required for frame assembly are included; customer provides fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not meet A.D.A. inspection requirements.
