- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Up-and-Over Frame with Open Back Jambs — ideal for offset pivot door installations
- Custom size available — built to order for non-standard openings
- Aluminum threshold included for durable bottom seal and smooth operation
Complete Frame (SKU: TB71211) is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door with provisions for a surface mount closer. Constructed using 1T455 open back jambs and a 1T422 header. DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations are included to simplify installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection—consult local code for compliance.
