Complete Frame — Factory-assembled offset pivot frame designed for a base 72" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door. Engineered for a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed with 1T455 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for hinge and closer installation.
All fasteners for frame assembly, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Ideal for commercial entrance retrofit and new-construction projects requiring an offset pivot door frame with concealed overhead closer and open-back jamb installation.
