Overview
- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Up-and-Over Frame with Open Back Jambs — ideal for commercial offset pivot doors
- Aluminum threshold included for durable, low-maintenance entry
- Custom size frame available (built to order)
Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door configured for a surface mount closer. Constructed with 1T455 open back jambs and a 1T422 header, the frame includes DT058 door stops for a 2-1/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; the customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
