Overview

  • Custom Size — made-to-order offset pivot door frame to fit non‑standard openings
  • Aluminum Threshold Included — durable threshold for weather protection and smooth operation

Complete Frame is built for a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door with Surface Mount Closer. Constructed using 1T455 Open Back Jambs and 1T422 Header, the assembly includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. This offset pivot door frame is optimized for commercial and residential retrofit projects where a compact pivot solution is required.
