- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) offset pivot up-and-over frame with open back jambs — ideal for offset pivot door systems
- Custom size — made-to-order frame to fit non-standard openings (SKU: TB71152)
Complete Frame — built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" offset pivot 2-1/4" door for a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T455 open back jambs and 1450 header. Includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included. Customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not meet A.D.A. inspection requirements.
