Complete Frame built for a base 72" x 84" offset pivot 2-1/4" door. Designed to accept a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm, this assembly uses 1T455 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.
All fasteners for frame assembly, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication are included. Customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. SKU: TB72122 — ideal for projects needing a 72x84 offset pivot door frame with concealed closer.
