Complete Frame built to fit a base 72" x 84" Offset Pivot 2-1/4" door for a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed with 1T455 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DT058 door stops for 2-1/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for quick installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Ideal for commercial and high-traffic entrances requiring an offset pivot frame with concealed closer and open back jambs. SKU: TB72152.
