Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" offset pivot 2-1/4" door for a surface-mount closer. Constructed with 1T455 open back jambs and 1T422 header, the package includes DT058 door stops for a 2-1/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
