Our 6063-T5 alloy sections are designed to fit together tightly for structural integrity and a clean, professional appearance. Stock lengths are available in standard anodized and painted finishes; custom finishes and special cut-to-size extrusions can be quoted to meet project requirements.
U.S. Aluminum has produced hundreds of custom extrusions—from rounded center glaze sills to extended curtain wall face caps—so if it can be extruded for architectural applications, we’ve likely done it. NOTE: Custom extrusions may be subject to minimum order quantities and die charges; details will be provided in your quote.
