Complete frame (SKU: FR71571) is built for a base 36" x 84" butt hinge door and designed for a surface mount closer. Constructed with 1S456 tubular jambs and 1S467 header, this aluminum door frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—optimized as a custom aluminum door frame for commercial and residential renovations.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not meet A.D.A. inspection requirements. This product is a durable, prepped butt hinge frame ideal for remodels and new construction where a surface mount closer and aluminum threshold are required.
