Complete Frame built for a base 36" x 84" Gear Hinge Door with Surface Mount Closer. Constructed using JS455 Tubular Jambs and JS467 Header; includes door stops, weatherstrip, and standard hardware with hardware preparations. Ideal as a gear hinge transom frame with included aluminum threshold for commercial and residential retrofit projects.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. SKU: FR61822.
