Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" Door for a Surface Mount Closer, constructed using 1T442 Open Back Jambs with 1T455 Header. DS051 Door Stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations are included.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included. Customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. Inspection.
