- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) transom frame with open back jambs — accepts glazing or infill
Complete frame built to accommodate a 72" x 84" base opening for a butt hinge 1-3/4" door with a surface mount closer. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs and 1T455 header; includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations. Ideal as a custom aluminum door frame with threshold for commercial and residential retrofit projects.
All fasteners for frame assembly, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening.
