- Aluminum Threshold Included
Complete Frame — Built for a standard 36" x 84" (nominal) 1-3/4" butt hinge door configured for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, applied weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for a ready-to-install aluminum door frame system.
All fasteners required for frame assembly, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication are included; customer supplies fasteners to secure the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. SKU: 1B71452 — ideal for custom aluminum door frame installations and retrofit projects where an up-and-over frame with open back jambs is required.
