  • Aluminum Threshold is Included

Complete Frame (SKU: 1B92152) is built to accommodate a base 72" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Frame uses 1T442 open back jambs with 1450 header and includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included. Customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Aluminum threshold and weatherstrip deliver durable, low-maintenance performance for high-traffic commercial installations.
