These 6063‑T5 aluminum extrusions are engineered to fit together tightly for structural integrity and an architecturally superior appearance. Stock lengths are available in standard anodized and painted finishes; custom color coatings (including Duranar®/Sunstorm®) and special cut‑to‑size lengths can be quoted to meet project requirements. Custom extrusions are subject to minimum orders and, in some cases, die charges—details will be provided in your quote.

Over the years, U.S. Aluminum has designed hundreds of custom extrusions for specific job requirements, from rounded center glaze sills to extended curtain wall face caps. If it can be extruded, we’ve likely done it.
