The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—provide design flexibility for frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures. Geneva Hinges are self-centering and use a reversible 5 degree pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installs. Constructed of solid brass with stainless-steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance in wet environments.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Offset models ship pre-set at 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active side.

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available for off-angle installations—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance. Using a custom pin may affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics.

Performance:

• Two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg); max door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg); max door width 32" (813 mm).
