CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L180ULBR) are a premium solid brass, radius‑corner, beveled‑edge hinge designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Similar to Vienna Hinges but with a sleeker profile, Cologne Hinges provide extra strength and a polished aesthetic for custom shower installations and high‑use environments.

• Internal dual steel pins for installation flexibility—leave pins in for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs or remove for rectangular/square cut‑outs and increased adjustability

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne Hinge includes a Reversible Pivot Pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre‑Set models ship at 85º (5º tighter closure). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Specify a Custom Pivot Pin (up to 45º) when the standard 5º offset does not achieve desired door closing on off‑angle installations.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Two hinges: Holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Three hinges: Holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
