CRL UV702 is a high-viscosity, 100% solids, general-purpose UV curing adhesive that creates resilient, high-strength, optically clear bonds. Engineered as a high-viscosity UV adhesive for glass and mixed-material assemblies, it bonds glass, metal, stone, wood, and many plastics—test compatibility on plastics first. Do not use on powder-coated or galvanized parts. Ideal long-tail applications: all-glass showcases, glass shelves, glass furniture, frameless shower door hardware (glass door knobs, metal towel bars), and attaching metal standoff bases to glass. Because CRL UV702 does not wick, apply adhesive to the surface before assembly for controlled placement. Bonds are clear, moisture-resistant, and yellowing-resistant. Cures in seconds when exposed to ultraviolet light; cure speed depends on UV intensity at the product surface and adhesive depth. Excellent at curing through large gaps to a hard, transparent finish. Store away from sunlight. Cleaner and Degreaser improves adhesion by removing dirt and grease before bonding. Product Warning:
