CRL UV703 High Viscosity UV Adhesive 30g - Light Cure Clear Bond

CRL UV703 is a high-viscosity, 100% solids, general-purpose UV-curing adhesive that forms resilient, high-strength, optically clear bonds between glass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel and many plastics. Ideal for making frameless shower doors, all-glass showcases, glass shelves, glass furniture, and for attaching metal towel bars, glass door knobs, and standoff bases to glass.

This adhesive does not flow by capillary action and should be applied to the bonding surface before assembly. Bonds cure to a transparent, hard finish within seconds when exposed to ultraviolet light; cure speed depends on UV intensity at the product surface and adhesive depth. CRL UV703 resists moisture and yellowing and can cure through relatively large gaps. Store away from sunlight.

For best results, clean and degrease glass before bonding. Cleaner and Degreaser (CRL7528) removes dirt and oils to optimize adhesion.

NOTE: Test on plastics before use—some plastics will not bond properly. Do not bond coated parts (powder coated or galvanized) with this adhesive.
