CRL Vienna Hinges solve the problem of supporting wider, heavier shower doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. Designed for 3/8"–1/2" tempered safety glass, these heavy-duty brass shower door hinges include two internal steel guide pins that provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place to use with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
