CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy-duty solution for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Built from solid brass, these shower door hinges include two internal steel locator pins that offer installation flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for enhanced adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns). These features make the Vienna hinge a reliable brass shower door hinge for tempered glass enclosures and retrofit applications.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (not flip) to engage the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. This adjustable pivot pin is ideal for precise door alignment and self-closing performance.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (if the wall and door do not meet at 90°). Specify the required angle—up to 45°—when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Capacity & Configuration:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
