CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045MGM) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when standard hinges are not strong enough. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins to increase adjustability for CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs. These heavy glass shower door hinges are optimized for reliable performance and long-term durability.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models are set at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to activate the alternate angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
