CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045RG) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Solid brass construction and two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular/square-corner cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitive cut-outs. These heavy-duty shower door hinges are ideal for frameless glass shower doors and commercial-grade residential applications.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls (specify up to 45°) to ensure proper door closing when site conditions are not square.

LOAD CAPACITY:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
