CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092DBBZ) provide a heavy‑duty solution for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Solid brass construction and internal dual steel pins offer two mounting templates: leave pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and fit with CRL rectangular (square‑corner) cut-outs — in some cases fitting competitive rectangular cut‑outs as well.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to select the 85° pre‑set for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° does not achieve the desired door closing position.

CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
