CRL Vienna Hinges provide heavy-duty support for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Designed for residential and hotel shower applications, Vienna Hinges feature dual internal steel pins that offer two mounting templates: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular/square-cornered cut-outs (may fit some competitive templates). These solid-brass, 90° glass-to-glass shower door hinges are built for durability and reliable performance.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm), supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm), supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
