The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E337MG) elevates our popular Vienna hinge into a versatile, adjustable shower hinge for frameless glass doors. Adjust the closing angle up to 90° after the door is hung—simply loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position, then re-tighten. The hinge self-centers when within 15° of closed. The door can swing 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from factory set position will reduce the 90° swing in that direction). For outward-pulling doors (clear jambs), set the hinge to close 5° into the shower for a snug seal against the jamb.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Performance: Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm), the hinge supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass) supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
