CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L092VBR) offer a sleek alternative to Vienna hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors, these solid-brass shower door hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to fit rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive cut-outs). Cologne shower door hinges are ideal when you need durable, adjustable hardware for frameless and semi-framed glass shower doors.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge has a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to select the other angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º to accommodate non-90º wall-to-door conditions when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm), hold up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges, hold up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
