CRL 800 (SKU 800W) is a premium acrylic latex caulk blended with silicone for enhanced flexibility, adhesion, and weather resistance. The siliconized acrylic formula delivers low shrinkage, excellent UV/oxidation resistance, and strong adhesion to materials like wood, brick, glass, metal, vinyl, plastic, plaster, drywall, and ceramics. It is a versatile window and door frame sealant and an effective paintable bathroom caulk.


Basic Uses
CRL 800 acrylic latex with silicone provides easy tooling and water cleanup. The silicone component adds flexibility for slight to moderate joint movement while the acrylic base promotes long service life. Recommended applications: caulking windows and doors, siding and trim work, tubs and sink tops, thresholds, baseboards, grout for marble and ceramic tile, mortar joint repair, and—under controlled conditions—setting insulating glass units and storm windows.

CRL 800 is odor-free and suitable for interior or exterior use. It allows approximately ±10% joint movement in a well-designed joint, can be applied between 40°F and 120°F (4° to 49°C), and withstands -17° to 82°C (0°F to 180°F) after full cure. Mold- and mildew-resistant, paintable with oil or latex paints, toolable for about 30 minutes, and can be painted over after two hours with oil or latex paints.
