Dow Corning® 795 (SKU: 795W) is a one‑part, medium modulus, neutral cure silicone formulation that cures to a durable, flexible silicone rubber seal. Designed for building expansion joints and glazing, 795 accommodates ± 50% joint movement in properly designed joints and is suitable for weatherproofing and perimeter sealing of doors and windows.

Key differentiators: long‑term UV and weather resistance, excellent aging stability, and compatibility with structural and non‑structural glazing systems for glass, metal, and plastic substrates.

Basic use: Structural and non‑structural glazing of glass, metal, and plastic; adhering stiffeners to building panels; weatherproofing and perimeter sealing. Joint performance remains stable with exposure to sunlight, rain, snow, ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and temperature extremes.

Limitations / Safety: Do not apply to substrates that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents, or in totally confined spaces. Do not apply to frost‑laden or wet surfaces or to surfaces in direct contact with food.
