CRL M65W is a high-performance, medium-modulus, fast-curing, paintable one-component moisture-curing modified polyurethane sealant. Its advanced non-yellowing formulation delivers a smooth finish for interior and exterior applications. Contains no isocyanates, has low VOC content, and features low odor—allowing painting in as little as two hours in many conditions.


Basic Uses
CRL M65W is formulated for perimeter sealing of doors and windows and for dynamically moving joints (expansion, control, curtainwall, precast panel joints). Typical applications include perimeter caulking for masonry, windows, doors, skylights, panel bedding, and mullion/frame bedding. Compatible with insulating glass sealants when used as toe or heel beads and suitable for use with new self-cleaning glass due to reduced exudation. M65W bonds tenaciously to prepainted metals, plywood, glass, aluminum, steel, fiber cement, SMC, RIM, FRP, vinyl, and many plastics and composites. Designed for ±25% joint movement in well-designed joints, this weather-resistant sealant balances adhesive strength, medium modulus, and high recovery to resist moisture, movement, shear, and deflection while remaining non-yellowing and non-staining.
