Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z412W) are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and come in zinc or stainless steel. These round radius base glass clamps are ideal for glass railings, partition systems, mezzanine guards and exterior windbreaks. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes offer improved durability for exterior applications.

Replacement screws: CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15SS. For fastening to thin-wall tubing (<1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Installation: drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
