Send your 6", 8", 9" or 10" POWR-Grip and receive a factory reconditioned vacuum cup at a lower cost and faster turnaround than replacement. Service is performed at CRL service centers to reduce shipping and wait times.

How the exchange works:

• Send your old CRL Wood’s vacuum cup to your nearest CRL service center, or bring it in if you are a Will Call customer. The carrying case is not required for the exchange.
• Pick up your refurbished Wood’s vacuum cup at the service center, or have it shipped back to you via UPS.

To qualify for the Exchange Program you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup.

Product warnings & care:

• Never exceed the recommended weight limit for this vacuum cup.
• Cups must be kept clean and stored in the carrying case when not in use.
• Small dirt particles cause leaks — clean with a damp rag only. If necessary, use mild soap detergent and water to remove residue. Do not use oil-based solutions.

Warranty does not cover:

• Rubber portions that are cut or scratched during use
• Normal wear and tear
• Products that have been abused, misused, neglected, altered, or modified
