Wood's POWR-Grip Exchange Program — a faster, lower-cost alternative to buying new or repairing. Send your 6", 8", 9" or 10" POWR-Grip vacuum cup and receive a factory reconditioned replacement at a price that beats new units and is comparable to repair time. Exchanges are processed at CRL service centers to reduce turnaround and shipping times.

How the exchange works

• Send your old CRL Wood's vacuum cup to your nearest CRL service center, or bring it in if you are a Will Call customer. The carrying case is not required for exchange.
• Your refurbished Wood's vacuum cup may be picked up at the CRL service center or shipped back to you via UPS.

To qualify for the Exchange Program you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup.

Product Warning

• To qualify for exchange, you must return the worn cup.
• Never exceed the recommended weight limit of this cup.
• Cups must be kept clean and stored in their carrying case when not in use.
• Small dirt particles cause leaks — clean with a damp rag only. If necessary, use mild soap and water to remove residue; do not use oil-based solutions.

Warranty does not cover

• Rubber portions that are cut or scratched during use
• Normal wear and tear
• Products that have been abused, misused, neglected, altered or modified
