This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z806GP) secures 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Designed for square tubing and other flat surfaces, the flat-base clamp is a durable glass clamp solution for partitions, railings and exterior windbreaks when paired with stainless or powder-painted zinc finishes.

For mounting the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior installations where the glass panel is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
