This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z610BR) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass for applications such as railings, partitions, mezzanines and windbreaks. Available in zinc or stainless steel, the clamp is designed for durability and weather resistance—stainless steel or powder-painted zinc recommended for exterior installations.

For mounting to thin-wall tubing (under 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior installations where the glass is not supported on the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
