Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z15312PS) are engineered to secure 1/2" (12 mm) glass and are available in zinc or stainless steel. These radius base glass clamps are a durable, low-profile solution for glass railings, partition systems, mezzanine guards and external windbreaks.

For attaching the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet

PRODUCT WARNING:

For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge does not support the glass to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
