This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z612SC) secures 1/2" (12 mm) glass panels to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing. Constructed in zinc or stainless steel, the clamp is built for interior and exterior railing, partition and windbreak applications where a radius base attachment is required.

For mounting to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”) use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product warning: For interior installations where the glass is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
