CRL Z-Series Clamps are available in your choice of round or square shapes, and come in either economical zinc, or durable stainless steel construction. Z-Series glass clamps are available in sizes to accommodate glass thicknesses from 1/4" (6 mm).
The radius base design can be applied on 2" (6 mm) tubing. By drilling a notch in the glass, the pin included with each clamp can be used to eliminate glass slippage. Popular applications are partitions, mezzanines, wind breaks, railings and other commercial uses. CRL Cat. No. ZB0LT14 (Bolt) and Cat. No. RN1420 (Rivet-Nut) are used for securing z-clamp to tubing. Appropriate gaskets are included with each clamp.
Glass Fabrication: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using provided steel pin.
Replacement Hardware: CRL P612 Replacement Screws
Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
