CRL Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full-density, water-resistant pile woven onto a unique zipper-tooth polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design lets the pile snap into T-slots from above instead of sliding in from the ends, speeding manufacturing and retrofit installations. Compatible with aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or wood T-slots, it often installs without removing the sash and can accommodate slightly off-size slots. The double center fin delivers a true weather seal—reducing drafts, vibration, and pest entry—unlike piles without a center fin.
