The Dormakaba® BT75V Series Floor Mounted Door Closers are compact, floor-mounted door closers designed for versatile installations where larger closers won't fit. This ADA barrier-free door closer features a universal, non-handed design with interchangeable spindles so one mechanism supports single- or double-acting doors, center-hung or offset applications, and a variety of floor coverings and threshold heights. Models available include 90° and 105° hold-open and no-hold-open full swing up to 175°. Optional accessories: cover plates, pivots, center-hung and offset arms.

Closer body only — spindle not included. Spindles to fit different heights/types are available (e.g., CRL9040S, CRL9050S). Although the Dormakaba BTS BF Series meets ADA opening force specifications when a door without a closer has 1 lb. opening force, site conditions and door size may require greater spring power to reliably control and close the door.
