The LCN 146018 Drop Plate is required for hinge side mounting applications where the top rail is less than 2-1/2" (64 mm) or top jamb is less than 1-3/4" (44.5 mm). The plate requires a minimum top rail of 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) or 1-1/4" (32 mm) header frame.
