Norton® 5700 Series — LEO® Low Energy Power Door Operator (SKU: LE05741A)

LEO® is a compact, quiet low energy power door operator designed for ADA assist openings. The patented Norton design installs in minutes and consists of three core components: inverter, motor, and the 1601 closer body. Because the 1601 closer controls the closing cycle, the drive train and motor remain disengaged during manual opening — preserving closer efficiency and providing minimal resistance to the user. In a power outage the door still closes by the closer's spring force.

Key differentiators: quiet operation, fast installation, dual functionality as both power operator and standard door closer, and compatibility with wall switches, motion sensors, or radio frequency devices. Ideal for offices, schools, retirement facilities, churches, and other locations where low energy ADA-compliant automatic door assist is required.
