Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact, ready-to-install door rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, the rail integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure glass retention.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System uses three socket head cap bolts hidden behind the end cap: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback, enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
