Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact, ready-to-install door rail designed for frameless glass doors and shower doors. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, this low profile door rail for 3/8" (10 mm) glass incorporates CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905; 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails include End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers fast, secure glass attachment—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—making this an ideal low profile glass door rail for commercial and residential applications. Rails ship completely fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled. After mounting the rail, simply attach your door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System (standard on top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without door removal.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
