Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is engineered for frameless glass doors and measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure installation of 1/2" (12 mm) tempered monolithic glass. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches, ready to install out of the carton.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides more than secure glass retention — it delivers the fastest installation time among door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. CRL rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed. After mounting the rails, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts move the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
