Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact, ready-to-install glass door rail designed for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. The rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a fast, secure attachment to the glass—offering one of the quickest installation times in the frameless door rail category. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in less than ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (±3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustability is standard on both top and bottom rails. To access adjustments after installation, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) fine adjustment. The low-profile adjustable slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
