Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPS38PL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile glass door rails are shipped complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install performance.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment and the fastest installation time of any door rail system CRL offers — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated with end caps installed; after installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
